Our Forest Arena is located in the UBC Research forest, Maple Ridge. The address is 14500 Silver Valley Rd, Maple Ridge, BC V4R 2R3.

Yes, we require a 15% non-refundable deposit to hold your date, due 15 days before your event. If we cancel for extreme weather, you receive your deposit back in full.

You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes before to set up the picnic area. Please note: UBC does not allow dogs, alcohol, smoking, or charcoal BBQs on site.

Please contact us 48hrs before your event with any player changes. We will do our best to accommodate any last minute additions.

When you arrive, there are 2 parking lots on the right for your guests. Your Event Coordinator will meet your guests in the parking lot and walk over to the activity site together.

We follow a “leave no trace” policy. Please pack out anything you bring in to ensure we keep the Research Forest clean for the animals who call it home.

All of our activities are played in the rain (up to 5mm). In extreme weather conditions, we will reschedule for your safety.
