Unleash your child’s wild side at Action Camp 2023!

Campers will spend the week with like minded, adventure seeking and passionate Camp Counsellors learning how to  problem solve, be creative, and work in a team. 

Over the five days at camp, your child will learn how to build an A-Frame shelter in the woods, strategize while playing Forest Laser Tag, learn how to shoot a bow and arrow, learn to use a GPS, plus so much more!

Action Camp will take place at the UBC Research Forest in Maple Ridge:

14500 Silver Valley Rd, Maple Ridge, BC V4R 2R3

Drop off is at 9:00am. Please stay with your child until they have been signed in. Pick up is at 3:00pm for full day campers, and 12:00pm for half day campers.

We are all an outdoor camp! Rain or shine we will be playing in the forest. Come prepared for all weather conditions. If there is a severe weather warning, please see the “weather policy” linked below.

Please be prepared for all weather conditions. Please bring the following:

  • Runners/hiking shoes
  • Change of clothes
  • hat
  • Sunscreen
  • Full water bottle
  • Lunch & snacks
  • Jacket/appropriate clothing

It will be a full day of fun and activities, so make sure to pack lots of snacks and a full lunch and water bottle. We are a “peanut-free zone”. Please refrain from bringing any nut related products to camp.
